Comment: I'm not sure if the treatment was totally effective (grout cleaning) or if our grout is beyond total cleaning.

Comment: I had a sofa and a mattress cleaned. Dry time normal for those. My phone representative had a sense of personality, which was a nice change from most places I deal with. Most businesses have phone reps that obviously hate their jobs and the environment. The service guy was quick and to the point. The best part of the experience was that the phone rep found a service rep to be by my place within an hour/half of placing my service order. If you ever have to furlough, don't furlough these people. Furlough the paycheck of the executives on top. Highly recommended.

Comment: Sam is a very nice person and a very good representative for Dalworth. I thought there've of 256.00 was slightly high for two small bedrooms and a walk in closet. The phone rep quoted me 90.00 and I understand that did not include the pet pre spotting but I did think 256 was a bit high.

Comment: I enjoyed the experience of having professionals come in and get my carpets and tile floors squeaky clean and looking like new. Monty and Andrew were really great.

Comment: I know that you have to price by the room. However, our actual carpet area is small with the furniture that is in them. I could have wished for a lesser amount based on the size of actual cleaning space. The carpets look awesome and like new. I would use Dalworth again and will recommend them. Justin did a great job. I would ask for him again.

Comment: Orlando the service technician was great, he was professional, treated the carpet prior to steaming, went back and re-did a few areas that needed a little more attention. We moved all the furniture that we felt was necessary to complete the cleaning process, waited until morning, carpet was completely dry, although we could have done this before midnight, we waited to insure that the carpet was fully dried. Over all, our experience with Dalworth was excellent, and the price fitted in nicely with our budget. Keep up the good work, we will use Dalworth again.
