Comment: It was a little more expensive that I expected. I had a coupon. However, I realized it had expired a day earlier when the price did not come up. I did not check the carpet for a day. So I did not check the drying time.

Comment: The techs were so hard-working and focused on the task. They even finshed ahead of when they'd planned! I never recommend a service, since that has come back to bite me, in the past. I will use y'all again, however.

Comment: I was disappointed that the stain in my mattress didn't come out, but he did warn me that it wasn't guaranteed that he could get it out. It was a gamble and i lost, wish i couldn't received a discount of some type.

Comment: The tech was a very nice person. He was impressive, cordial, appeared professional. Our carpet is rather new, ( was installed in about a year ago). The tech was impressed with the way we maintain our carpet. We vacuum the walk ways, etc at least twice a week. My wife and I live alone and our seniors. Our only problem was several small blood spots caused from a bleeding toe. We talked with the tech and he said he was reassuring that the spots would not be a problem. When finished, George, (the tech), said he was pleased, that the spots were removed.!!!!!!! As the carpet dried, we saw the area was not clean. I called and made an apt to get the small area ...redone. George is set to come back on Tues. Feb 3rd. We have confidence that the issue will be resolved. The reason I felt the price was slightly high is that we only cleaned several walkways. I do understand that you couldn`t send a tech out here for any less. We certainly are not upset about the price. !!!!

Comment: Even though Randy was great, he didn't wear a uniform and was in an unmarked van. When he said my name I knew he was the one. The promotion advertised gift cards but I was not offered any or an additional service....don't know what that was about.... I'll probably use Dalworth again and will share with my friends that the service was ok but can't promote that I received more than my moneys worth....you get what you pay for...

Comment: KC and Agel were superb. We had an animal accident in our guest bedroom over the holidays that involved an expensive brand new mattress and carpet. I was very upset about it. I had only scheduled mattress cleaning with the idea I would have the carpet done later. So KCcame in and reassured me as to the procedure and cleaning solutions they used. He walked me step by step as to what and why he was doing. My anxiety was replaced by relief!!! I asked him if he had time to price out and clean the carpet because he had been so successful at putting the mattress back to new. By the end of the visit I had a clean mattress and clean carpet. Eventually I would like KC to come out and clean the other areas of our home. You are very lucky to have KC and Angel on your team! Thanks so much!
