Comment: Although the technician performed his job well, I noticed that he was very fast in moving the wand back and forth over the carpet. In my opinion I would wonder how mush dirt was actually removed at such a fast pace.

Comment: I had my ceramic tile in my kitchen & the hard wood floor in my dining area done. I was a little disappointed with the results of the hardwood but very satisfied with the tile. The technician was very friendly and professional.

Comment: This was the first time in years that someone other than Jared had cleaned our home. I was apprehensive about a different technician but Marcus was very nice and efficient. We would be very happy to have him clean our floors again. Tell him I hope he enjoyed the King cake! Nola Brooks

Comment: Room cleaning and protection not pro-rated for a room full of furniture not moved vs. having a empty room with no furniture. Protection same way. I paid for whole rooms but only about 1/3 of bedrooms and 1/2 of other rooms had floors that were cleaned and protected. Ceiling fans in rooms should not be turned on unless home owner requests. I keep my fans on low, they turned them up to.high. I have 12 foot ceilings and for us elderly climbing on ladders to turn them down is dangerous.

Comment: They did arrive on time....the very last minute of the two hour window. I'd say anytime you are going to be that late in the window. A courtesy call would be nice. I lost confidence they would show, called 1.5 hours in, was told they were minutes away and then the arrival was still almost 30 minutes. I was raised on Vince Lombardi time (15 minutes early or you are actually late) so showing up at exactly 12 on a 10-12 window wasn't exactly a positive. Other than that they did great!

Comment: The carpet does not look very clean. I was not there at the time. This was an empty house. Kermit did warn me that the carpet was pretty bad. I was in Washington at the time. The phone communication was excellent,but I really don't want to complain until I contiue to look at the carpet and see if I can get some of the spots up. I don't want to throw anyone under the bus just yet on the cleaning.

Comment: He came on a Saturday and because my job was so small yet I had to meet the minimum charge, HE, not I, suggested he clean a bedroom for me. I thought that was wonderful. He made sure I got my money's worth. I want him every time.
