Comment: My techs name was James Coleman. He was very professional and courteous. I've had my carpet cleaned by different companies and none can beat Dalworth's service. It all comes back to the tech that comes out. They truly represent the first contact with the customer. Mr James respected my home and things. By this I mean he waited until I escorted him thru my home and showed him the areas that needed cleaning. He would ask if it was ok to move a chair from my desk before moving it. I really respected that consideration. Other companies I used in the past would almost leave you with a feeling of be violated with no respect of your personal property. Because of the techs you have like James, I stay with Dalworth. He also thanked me for choosing Dalworth after I paid for my service. Dalworth and James recieves an A+ in my book. Excellent service! Comment: This is the FIRST TIME our carpets have really been cleaned properly! We had several serious spots, but they got rid of them, and made the carpet like new! I'm surprised, and amazed!

Comment: My service professional was great. When he left, the carpets looked much better - almost perfect. However, this morning there were multiple spots in two of the rooms and no one had been in the rooms which is strange. That was disappointing.

Comment: I thought the carpet was a bit on the wet side, but it was ok.

Went great. Showed up on time and professional. Did a great job cleaning carpets. They deodorized which got the carpets smelling better after my dog opens up the doors and p***** in my children's room. The only complaint I have is after the second day the smell came back. They were supposed to guarantee it according to the person that sold it to me, but on the invoice they wrote no guarantee. Description of Work: Cleaned my carpets for 4 rooms.
