Comment: The technician for the duct work knew what he was doing and did an excellent job. Yet, He did a poor job on cleanup after the job. Carpet stained and needed vacuuming, dirt on window bench, yard sign removed was not put back. Luckily Carpet cleaning tech came next day to do carpets and took care of stain.

Comment: These are my ratings for the second service person, Justin Grimes. The first person who came to do the estimate was extremely negative. I appreciate that he thought cleaning would not enhance the appearance of any of my 5 floors--he certainly didn't oversell. After spending an hour or 2 with him doing the estimate, I felt like I was the one trying to be really positive to boost his enthusiam about doing the floor. I called the customer service person and asked specifically for Justin--he had been here before and did a great job. He came out with his "can do" attitude and the floors look great!

Comment: I have two areas that after they dried they looked worse than before. Stains appeared that were not noticed before. Pet vomit stains and other stains were all removed but pet unine stains were not removed. Would actually like to see if "New" stains could be removed.

Comment: The carpets looked great after they were done. The only thing I would suggest that needs improvement is the smell. My house smelled like a veterinary clinic for days. Not sure if there is something you could use to make it smell better - more fresh?!

Comment: My tech was Casey, and he had what I considered a huge mess to clean up. One of my darling dogs was a tad upset during my week long vacation and decided to use the restroom in our media room...#'s 1 and 2 if you get my drift. My son did his best to clean the soiled areas to no avail. Casey came in and went over a pet treatment process that would best clean the area. The outcome was remarkable!!!!! The carpet looks amazing. I also had Casey clean the master bedroom carpet and it looks awesome. Will request Casey for my future cleanings as he saved me from replacing the carpet......which would have cost far more than what I spent to have the carpet professionally cleaned.
