Comment: Cosandra, who scheduled my cleaning, was very pleasant to talk with and quite helpful. An excellent representative for your company. Costel, who did the actual cleaning, was great also. This is the second time he has cleaned my carpet, and I had requested him for this cleaning. Costel did an excellent job, great attitude and personality. I will ask for him again next time!

Comment: I had scheduled an appointment for Wednesday between 2 and 4 o'clock. When no one had come at 4:00, I called. They tried to reach the technician, but could not locate him. By this time, it was close to 5:00. They offered to send someone else, but I had plans and also it would have been very late in finishing the job. I rescheduled the job for the next morning at 8:30 a.m. Costel was excellent. He arrived on time, explained everything he was doing, and did an excellent job. I am very happy with the results. I will request him the next I need any cleaning.
