Comment: My tech was Casey, and he had what I considered a huge mess to clean up. One of my darling dogs was a tad upset during my week long vacation and decided to use the restroom in our media room...#'s 1 and 2 if you get my drift. My son did his best to clean the soiled areas to no avail. Casey came in and went over a pet treatment process that would best clean the area. The outcome was remarkable!!!!! The carpet looks amazing. I also had Casey clean the master bedroom carpet and it looks awesome. Will request Casey for my future cleanings as he saved me from replacing the carpet......which would have cost far more than what I spent to have the carpet professionally cleaned.

Comment: Since I was in the hospital, my husband stayed to let the technician in. My husband missed a business meeting due to the late arrival of the technician. The technician we requested who we always use and is usually prompt or calls when delayed got delayed elsewhere and did not make it until the end of the job. This was disappointing

Comment: There was a bad spot on our carpet that had happened the day before the cleaners were here. It came back after the carpet dried, but not as bad as before the cleaning. That was a little disappointing.

Comment: The technician did a fine job. He was careful around our stuff. We had pre-moved everything so that he could concentrate on working since he was arriving after 5 p.m. I do wish the running vehicle had not been facing my open garage door so that my house would not have taken on a bit of an exhaust smell...but other than that it was all fine.

Comment: There were three spots, that when they dried, they were orange in color, indicating stains that did not come up from cleaning. A very large one in front of the large bookcases in the master bedroom, and two smaller ones in the first small bedroom in front of the bed. None of us saw these stains, but when the carpet dried, there they were. I will be in touch with you to see about redoing these three spots. Rest of the carpet looks good.

Comment: My carpet is quite old. I realize with its high mileage there is only so much you can reasonably expect. However I was hoping that a professional cleaning would of removed more of the stains. Your Tech was friendly and worked hard to get the stubborn spots.

Comment: I was generally happy with the service. However, there were several smaller pieces of furniture in my bedroom (where I had paid a higher fee for furniture moving) that were not moved by the technician. The pieces were a night table and a lightweight desk. He also told me he was unable to move the bed, which I agreed to, and I told him it would not be necessary to move an armoire and a bookcase in the same room. Therefore I paid a higher fee and only an armchair and ottoman were moved. I also thought it took the rooms quite a long time to dry, though it was a warm day. As I said, though, in general the carpets look fine.

Comment: The address I entered online somehow got changed to a place about 20 miles away. Hence, the technicians were not able to be at my house on time. In the future I will arrange Dalworth cleaning directly with Kathy and Gary.

Comment: I did not have a scotch guard applied but did have a pet stain/odor treatment. I still have some really bad pet stains in the living room area. I need to know if this is as good as I will get with any carpet cleaner or what.. My carpet is a light beige. I really need someone to look again at these stains. Steve worked real hard on the carpet. I will call your office on Monday. Thank you.

Comment: The first and second floor rooms where we have ceiling fans dried quickly, the other areas took a bit longer. No problem. Adam, our technician, was very professional.
