Comment: I called one time scheduled an appointment I thought for oct 11...no one showed up!! Called back in on oct 11...no record of me ever calling!! The 2nd call the representative did all she could to make me happy and correct the issue. A week later the technician showed up and did an AMAZING job!!! Best money I have ever spent, aside from a small initial setback!!!!

Comment: I ordered an estimate for carpet stretching along with getting our kitchen tile cleaned. Unfortunately, that wasn't placed with my order. So I had to schedule another technician to come out the following week. The good news is, the guy that came to our house was able to give us an estimate. So I just have to cancel the appointment. The tile looks great, they did a good job. Only one problem, I didn't notice when they were there but some of the grout sealer got on my mirror in the kitchen, now I'm having to scrub to get it off, clean, and scrub and its not cleaning very well off of my mirror.

Comment: I have used Dalworth many times to clean my carpets and have been very happy with the results each time. I have noticed, however, that when ordering online you now have to pick the size of the room to be cleaned. I have no idea what the sizes are, especially since I don't move the furniture and cleaning is done around it. Also, I think the way you are doing your specials is confusing. This last time I was doing the 5 rooms for a certain price. After I entered the room size it gave me a total, then the special was subtracted from the total and I ended up with a grand total that was more than the special. That is when I sent an email and questioned it. One of your sales persons helped me with the order and the result was a house of clean carpet and a satisfied customer.

Comment: I cannot say enough good things about your technician (I think his name was Harold?) He had a very difficult job here and he went above and beyond to make sure it was done completely and well. He is such a hard worker and just such a great, genuine person. You have a true gem with this one and are lucky to have him. Please thank him for saving my wood floors - they are beautiful now and I couldn't be happier!

Comment: We have used the same technicians for a while and they are great!! Do a great job too! I called to complete the order for service, however, as your online form has become very cumbersome. The change to online ordering is not a good one. Simpler is better. I stopped twice doing the online form as it just became annoyingly time consuming. Our techs and their service are always great however :-)

Comment: My only concern is the while attention was paid to the upgrade of the pet stains, the actual and original call for cleaning the floors was not what I expected. The carpet in the master is still damp from Thursday and this is Sunday 10/21 and smell a little sour. Treated for pet ordered
