Comment: I love the crew that we use and will always make sure we get them. I had them clean while I was on vacation this time and had my mother in law meet them. She was very impressed. It was nice coming home to clean carpets and the addressed all of my spots that I needed cleaned. I was a little disappointed that my house smelled musty when I returned but I don't think I paid for the deodorizer this time and I think I usually do so that may have been the issue. Comment: Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received. My carpets look great and the technician did an excelent job getting out some pet stains. However, later that afternoon, I went out to check my mail. I have several mums on my front porch and one was completely destroyed. I'm guessing his hoses got tangled up in the flowers. It wasn't worth alot of money, but I would have appreciated him telling me about it. Instead, he had put all the broken branches up on a fern that I also have on the front porch. It made me wonder if anything else had been damaged in my house, and I wasn't told about it.

Comment: I still have a few spots that I thought should have been removed. I moved most of the furniture and it was not vacumed prior to cleaning. All in all it was a good job though.

Comment: Marcus did a GREAT job on our old carpets. He was VERY professional and had a GREAT attitude. If we don't replace next spring, we will be calling you all again to schedule another cleaning. THANK YOU all so much for a job well done. A couple of years ago we had hired a one man shop for carpet cleaning at the recommendation of another contractor. He did not pre-treat as Marcus did. The carpets took much longer to dry (which tells me he did not properly extract the water and dirt). I am now convinced the carpets were never really cleaned. We threw good money out the window on these previous cleanings. I had lived with hardwoods previously and had little experience with professional carpet cleaning. I now know what should be done and what to expect. I am glad my husband contacted you for this service. We won't be using anyone else but Dalworth again. Our carpets really did get cleaned with your professional and expert services and will last us until we can save up for new. We got that Dalworth Clean!! THANK YOU!!!!

Comment: On restarting our A/C we had trouble and your technician came out to resolve the problem. He found a loose connection on the furnace and fixed it. This was certainly an extra benefit for using Dalworth. An excellent crew all around. Ed Edgren
