Comment: Did not have carpets cleaned. Had 8 dining room chairs cleaned and they look great. Chris, our technician, was congenial and professional. Would have liked a coupon discount. :-) We had received 2 other estimates and a $20 coupon was included.

Comment: Garry & Kathy always do a good job. Since we only have 2 rooms of carpet in our home, and the least expensive special is always for 3 rooms, we end up paying for 3 rooms even though we only get 2 cleaned, so we feel like we don't get as good of a bargain as those who actually have 3 rooms cleaned.
