Comment: I believe most of the pet treatment worked. We have one room (which our pets have been not allowed back in) that still has a smell, in spite of running the ceiling fan and opening the window. I understand the guarantee does not apply when pets are still in the house, but I don't think it worked well in this room

Comment: I had tile & grout cleaning & was skeptical that the grout would dry lighter than it looked wet, but your technician was right. I'm very pleased with the results & won't wait so long till I have the tile cleaned again.

Comment: The individual who took my call, Sarah, explained the types of service available, scheduled the date and time of the appointment, and went over precise details on the services to be rendered. She was "excellent"! I was VERY pleased with her knowledge, demeanor, professionalism, and courtesy. The technicians who cleaned the carpet in our home, Monte and Andrew, were friendly and professional. They paid attention to detail, explained what they would be doing and asked if I had any questions. The carpet cleaning was "phenomenal" ! It was definitely a job WELL done!. They were outstanding! Comment: Randy did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet and the sofa. He made sure he covered every inch of both. Even old stains on the carpet came out and the sofa looked new! I was very pleased with this service. Send him again.

Comment: Great job! I really had low expectations that the carpet could really be cleaned because it had been a while since it was last cleaned and I had major issues with cat hairballs. Howard did an amazing job and the carpet looks brand new. Glad I took a chance on cleaning instead of spending a fortune getting new carpet.
