Comment: Plastic was not placed under the legs of the love seat and 3 tables. We put ziplock bags under these pieces of furniture as we did not want the furniture stain to leach into the carpet. My 73 year-old has had a heart attack and 2 by-passes surgeries, the last one in January 2014. He had to lift these heavy pieces of furniture for me to slide in the plastic. Needless to say, this is something he does not need to be doing. A new stain appeared when the carpet dried. It was near a very bad stain the technician got up, so we think the carpet was just very wet in that area. Called to have it re-cleaned and as usual was very pleased with the customer services. Other than these two issues, we are very pleased with the service and have used Dalworth for nearly 30 years.

Comment: This was the 1st time I have ever had carpets clean. The men were very nice and explained everything to me and told me what to expect. They were very professional and I appreciated that. I am satisfied with my cleaning.

Comment: Representative played it safe, and underpromised (making sure that I knew that even though he felt sure he could get all of the dirt out, he didn't know if the fabric might look a little lighter or faded after it dried) and over-delivered. Chairs are dirt-free and I can't tell any difference in shade of the upholstery. I'm satisfied, but I'm not sure that over $100 for 2 chairs was a good value for me or for Dalworth!

Comment: For years, we have considered DalWorth Clean to be a very reliable company with a good reputation in the business community, which is why we chose to give you guys our business. The technician, Chris, seemed to be very knowledgeable and helpful with information regarding the cleaning and care of our carpets. While we realize we need to have them cleaned professionally on a regular basis -- as well as the occasional spot treatments -- we have had a forced retirement for one of us as well as job loss for the other making it difficult to have the funds for such care. As senior citizens now living on a fixed income, we will likely only be able to do one - maybe two rooms at a time. At some point in the future, we also need the air ducts cleaned. Even though it cost us a hundred dollars more than we planned due to the heavy stain and soil, Chris was able to remove the bad ugly stains in our living room making them look almost new again! Comment: No carpets only tile and grout sealing. Everything looks great but I do believe he should have wiped up the gunk along the edge of the floor at the baseboards. I didn't expect the baseboards themselves to be cleaned, I didn't pay for that service, but the floor below where the machine pushed the stuff it picked up from the floor. I was having a party the next day and discovered the mess the morning after the cleaning. Extra work for me at the last minute. Also wondered if the grout would come cleaner with a second cleaning or if that's the best it will be. This is a new used home for us. Your comment below aobut calling for a response makes me think someone is not really reading this. If a response is required it should be picked up in the comments by your represenative!

Comment: Monty did an excellent job on our carpet. We have had trouble in the past with dark residue being left after it was cleaned but he made our carpets look great and our tile floor in the kitchen looks brand new! Our carpet is very hard to clean and most of your technicians will not stay the course to make it look good. He went above and beyond! We try to clean our carpets at least once a year or more and I will ALWAYS request Monty!

Comment: Alberto was our technician. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and very personable. We were concerned with past owner pets and he took extra time to check and did not try to sell us something that it turned it out we did not need.
