Comment: The technicians did a fabulous job cleaning the carpets. There were several troubled areas and they got all the urine stains out. Both guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely call and ask for them again.

Comment: Adam was very professional and courteous. He answered our questions about services Dalworth can provide and how often carpets should be cleaned. We intend to have other rooms in our home cleaned in the near future and would like Adam to be the service technician. Tara was the representative with whom I spoke on two occasions. She was very courteous and helpful.

Comment: I did not time the drying time so I picked "not applicable": just left it to dry overnight. The next tenant was pleased with the results.

Comment: due to equipment malfunction, we were rescheduled for the following day. However, we were called early in the afternoon, the equipment had been repaired, and they asked if they could go ahead and come that afternoon. We were glad to oblige! The carpet did take a bit longer to dry than we expected, but it looks great.

Comment: The young man was exceptionally nice. He took every care to do a good job. The price was too high. The onle reason I paid that much is because I have used you before. I would have had my grout cleaned except that pticeis absolutely ridiculous. By the way I only got one, avery short hall and under 16 stairs cleaned. My carpet had VERY light soil. No stains

Comment: Could there be a discount for returning (loyal) customers each time? (Something that is not advertised on the website or by emails...returning customers would have a special log-in or code to enter each time to receive the discount...) Just a thought...

Comment: Brandon and Chris were my technicians. They were great! Punctual, informative, clean and competent. Duct cleaning is a long process and despite the temperature in my attic, both techs worked quickly and efficiently. They were extremely nice and answered all my questions. Thank you!

Comment: Thank you for working with my husband and I as to a good time for you to arrive. The service men were excellent in all areas although they did forget to move two pieces of furniture and clean under them: 1) the long dresser with mirror in the Master Bedroom, and 2) the bookshelf Cabinent in the Living Room. No worries though, as my husband cleaned under those small areas with his new "home" cleaning steam cleaner he ordered online from Hoover. I really appreciate all the service your men did as it also motivated us to do some deep cleaning in our house. Blessings and peace from the LORD. Comment: When the carpet dried, there were some spots. They were not visible when the technician was here.

Comment: Was not happy with the long drying time. We lowered our AC temperature and had all fans on high and it still took over 8 hours.
