Comment: Very nice man took my request. Wish I could remember his name, but I hope you will be able to check my order & let him know that we were very appreciative that he did not strong arm us into a more expensive package, although he did let me know about all my options in a very informative way. Also the rep that called to confirm our appt & then to let us know that they were on schedule the day of appt was very nice. Carpets looked great!

Comment: The only thing I didn't like was the fact that water leaked on my floors during the process. I guess it is not easy to keep that from happening but the technician cleaned it up as fast as he could. Also I thought the stains on the NEW carpet would've come out better than it did. Yes, stain cleaner and pet protectant was applied, I believe.

Comment: I wish you had sent 2 people to move furniture. he did a great job but our furniture was heavy and he could have used help. My husband has back problems and I did not really want him to have to help.

Comment: Unfortunately the phone rep quoted me a price for the enzyme treatment that was $10 less than it actually was. The technician also told me that based on the severity of the problem that the treatment and cleaning may not get it back to 100%. He was right. Thankfully though the problem is much better than it was.
