Comment: Called dispatch back after receiving a message on my recorder that the crew would be late. Told the lady that my wife is handicapped and the new arrival time would be too late. She did an excellent job of finding another crew to service my home within the original window. She and the crew get high praise from me for excellent service from Dalworth Clean and is the reason I use you for carpet cleaning when needed.

Comment: Drying time is an estimate, as the cleaning was completed in the afternoon and thus not dry until after we had gone to bed for the night. They were dry in the morning.

Comment: Showed tech high traffic areas and stubborn spots. Some did not come out. Had to show tech when they should of been easily seen. Tech treated but some r still there. Just thought he would of taken a little extr time on the trouble areas.

Comment: Service technician did a very good job. I asked him to be careful dragging the hose around the corners and hallways to avoid scratching the walls and he did a VERY GOOD job protecting the walls from scapes.. He did a good job cleaning and he was very professional and had a positive attitude. Thank you.
