Comment: The day after the carpets were clean, I noticed a stain had returned. I'm having additional carpets cleaned on Wednesday and I will ask the technician to see if there is anything he can do to remove the stain.

Comment: I schedule for shampoo, deoderize and new strip on carpet but they did not know how to repair carpet. I had to call you again to send a repair he not put strip on carpet. My buyer of the house now wants strips on the carpet were the buyer streched carpet threshed it. I called you again and left message if you can hix the repair with new strip. I need it done by 12 PM for tomorrow closing on the house

Comment: The technician (Vinny) did a great job -- explained whether a spot would be eliminated or could not be removed due to the makeup of what caused the spot. Carpet was cleaned to our satisfaction and he did not leave until we were completely satisfied.with his work. Took a little longer for the carpet to dry since we did the all of the carpeted areas and it took a while for the air conditioning to remove the moisture from the carpets even with the help of fans. I will use Dalworth Clean again the next time we need carpets cleaned.
