Comment: Brandon took care of our dryer vent quickly and thoroughly. We were very pleased with the service provided. One suggestion I will make to you...your technicians should carry business cards or some promotional material. While Brandon was outside, a neighbor came by and was asking him questions about the service he was providing. What an easy marketing opportunity for a technician to have something to give to someone like her.

Comment: I was surprised that they didn't cover their shoes. I wondered if while they were working on my damp freshly cleaned carpet their shoes were getting dirt on the carpet.

Comment: Was very impressed that all of the stains on the carpet came out. Was considering replacing carpet with new carpet, but steam cleaning made them look new!! Will be a Dalworth Clean customer for life!!!

Comment: Edges still had items that weren't vacuumed up during the cleaning. ie...pieces of paper, pea size pieces of rocks. No response needed. Just something you might want remind your technicians to be aware of.

Comment: I sent an email to your phone representative, Patti but I'll share with you here on this survey as well. The technician you sent out to repair our marble in our kitchen named Joe Sisson was the ultimate in professionalism. It was obvious to me that Joe truly cares about the quality of his work. I hope you know that you have a valuable employee in him and that he is rewarded for his loyalty to your company & pride in his work. In today's world, it is hard to find people like Joe Sisson & I appreciate his hard work. Thanks!
