Comment: The carpet to be cleaned was a challenge as we had a cat that threw up so frequently that we dubbed her "Queen Urpsalot" but we loved her anyway. The technician, Jose, let us know that some of the stains may not come out and we let him know we understood. We left him to his work and went next door. After a bit, I went over to check on his progress. He had the fan blower going and was raking the carpet. I was stunned. It looked like new. My mother, Dorothy, is very pleased with the results as am I. The next best thing to new is Dalworth Clean. Thanks very much for providing a service that has stunning results! Pam Stephens <><

Comment: I scheduled service online. I subsequently received phone messages that the time slot I selected was not available. When I tried to return the call and left messages (at least twice), I never received a call back. When I did finally call and speak to a representative, she said there was no problem with my originally seleced time and she didn't know why I would have received the previous messages about needing to select another day/time. Service technician arrived on time. He was courteous, professional and did an excellent job.

Comment: The first time I had my carpet cleaned the tech put foam spacers under the furniture so that the area would dry quicker. This tech didn't do that. But both times the tech did a good job of cleaning the carpets.

Comment: The technician was wonderful - but he accidentally chipped the edge of my coffee table. I immediately contacted customer service, who referred me to Ken Ford and said to send him photos, which I did on the same day of the service. I am waiting to hear back from Ken, and am hoping the table issue will be resolved as well as the carpets were cleaned -- so that I can "definitely" recommend Dalworth to my friends, neighbors and business associates.

Comment: The technician was very personable and professional. I was unaware that there was to be an extra cost for the pet treatment and wish that would have been explained over the phone when I made the appoiontment. I would have liked to have been given an estimate for the drapery cleaning when I talked to the phone representative, but was told there was no way to give one. Yet when the technician came he was able to give me a price quote quickly. It apparently was based on the number of pleats in the drapes, which could easily have been explained to me over the phone. I was very pleased with the treatment results and would use Dalworth again.

Comment: We were told the carpet would be dry before the tech leaves - the carpets took all day & night with several fans running before they were dry - however - they look awesome!! - and it took less time than our previous service (2 days). We'll be in touch again in 6 months. The tech also added our tile and grout cleaning service to the work order - much appreciated. Highly recommend Dalworth Clean.

Comment: I was very happy with my carpets stains that I didn't think would come out did, my carpets look good as new Thank you very much I am very happy. I was going to have my carpet removed and get hard wood floors but now I don't have to. So in the long run it saved me a lot of money. And the 2 gentlemen that came out were so nice and helpful when we need it done again we will call Dalworth and we would like for them to come out. Thank you again

Comment: The technician warned us that our red pet food spots and high-traffic areas might not clean up well. He was right! Some of the spots even looked darker after your cleaning. He did recommend a mild bleach because our carpets are a light, berber-mix fiber. We did that and everything looks really good! The areas that were not spotty cleaned quite nicely--they feel very clean and soft to our bare feet. Wish we had done this a few years earlier!

Comment: I want to commend Joe, our Dalworth technician. He was not only thorough, but kind, funny and very helpful. Our house was literally a wreck, after painters had come in several days before Joe arrived and spilled paint onto our tile, wood, and carpeted floors. In addition to the paint on the floor the furniture was scattered around the house and he helped me place it back into order. After comparing the professionalism of Dalworth to a family owned start up business I will definitely spend extra money to insure quality. Thank you again and thank Joe for his hard work and professionalism on the job.

Comment: The drying fans were included in my order, however I only received 10mins of the fans use and only 1 small fan was provided. I wish they could have ran the fan a little longer to absorbs as much water residual as possible.

Comment: Jose gave me a call an hour before arrival and was on time. He explained what he would be doing with my tile and grout. I wanted it sealed so he told me the extra charges as well as suggested I have a deeper cleaning with a brush done. I wholly agreed with his suggestion. He worked alone and was done in a couple of hours. He completely explained to me how long I needed to be off the surface and gave me a suggestion on a solution to clean the grout. I was very satisfied with the technician as he knew what he was doing. I would ask for him to return and recommend Dalworth and Jose to any friend needing this work. In fact, I have already recommended him to two friends who need tile cleaned....one in Rowlett and one in Rockwall!

Comment: Coastal was a very hard worker. I think I may have waited too long as he advised me to have my carpets cleaned. None the less, he did his best and I am satisfied with the service. Coastal advised me not to use the wax TWO DIFF BRANDS I have been using on my Hard Wood Floors. The product he used did a very nice job. I NEED TO GET MORE OF THAT, Or Equivilant.
