Comment: Our technicians were really professional. It was obvious the second guy was a beginner but the main tech would tell him what he needs to do. There is just one spot they didn't get completely out. The pricing was a little steep but the quality work was "nearly" worth it ! :). Stanley Steemer has horrible reviews online! Zero Rez (?) is running a special that was ? 21.00 a room 4 room minimum!! But the public knows that the extras come with a price, so it all comes out the same! They also advertised with 103.7. I just nearly called them but y'all's Internet reviews were awesome. Keep that up! Overall,we will be calling again next year! Do you have a yearly clean club? Call me if you do! 214-402-8150. Comment: Costel was very friendly and helpful. He did an excellent job and really understood my needs. Thanks for sending him. Your service was later than the time originally given me, but in my estimation the technician had been overbooked and on the previous job he was asked to do more services than scheduled. It was not a problem for me. I had been called about the delay in time.

Comment: The technician did not move the furniture as I was let to expect from my phone call when I booked the appointment. There were spots that did not come clean in one room but overall, I will give the job an 85% satisfaction rating.

Comment: I had faked to be called when they were on the way - 20 minutes ahead. This did not happen. I had to call at the end of the time window and still no call. It caused me to waste time waiting for a call that never came.

Comment: I let it dry overnight, so not sure. Tried to do on internet but had a question so called. Phone guy (Gary?) good and nice. I wanted to know if I could make changes later if doing on-line. Wish website said that. Would also like website to have more info on what was required of me on moving breakables, whether beds would be moved. I called and got answers. Everyone was great. Louis & Ty who cleaned and all the phone people.
