Comment: My technician Tracy was fantastic and when I request additional services in the future, I will be asking for him. I indicated the pricing as fair. I spent $450.00 for 5 rooms and 1 tile floor. While my carpets did need this level of cleaning, it still felt like a large sum to be spending for less than 1500 ft. Thank you.

Comment: We requested a specific technician (Harold Grimes) and scheduled a date and time for that technician, but a different technician was sent to do our carpet. Dalworth needs to follow through with a customers request and contact the customer if request can't be meet prior to date and time of schedule carpet cleaning.

Comment: The technician was very nice, though I don't think he was able to move all furniture as we upgraded. Some very heavy. My main concern was an area from an aging , now deceased dog. an are where she urinated.I do think we were able to clean that as I had hoped. still a little dingy and some odor. This are is also harder to vacuum. Not sure if we need to do something else? Rest of rooms look great. Thanks Jonni Rousseau

Comment: Chris was AMAZING! I am prego and he even moved my fridge and did the tiles under it, plus other little perks. He went above and beyond his order to make me happy. He kept the doors closed as much as he could for the AC to keep us cool. He cleaned the tiles and carpets perfectly. He was friendly and helpful with hints. He was attentive to details. I could not complain about a single thing. OUTSTANDING WORK!!

Comment: On my online order I requested 3 bedrooms but when the order was entered into your system it was mistakenly listed as 1 bedroom. Richard called called me at work and we discussed the difference and I thought I had mistakenly requested one bedroom.. so Richard was so kind and worked with me to update the order to what I wanted/needed for the house. Afterward I searched my computer at work and found a copy of my original order online had been for 3 bedrooms for the initial quote i was given. When I called your office I spoke with a very pleasant and helpful lady .. sorry I lost her name... she pulled her copy and confirmed I had been overcharged and promised a refund when the paperwork had been received back from Richard. Overall I am very impressed by the quality of service from Richard and your customer service! Will definitely call you next time! Debbie Nichols
