Comment: Really liked the technician. Felt that he went the extra mile to work on some stubborn stains and had a very pleasant attitude.

Cleaning went well, cleaning person was on time and sofa looked good after work. But worker was very careless with his equipment dragging everything around and hitting walls and other furniture with the hose he used to clean the sofa. He seemed annoyed to be there. Description of Work: Cleaned an orange sofa.

As a Dallas Business, I was asking for a business-to-business speciality vacuuming for a customer of Andersen Windows that had found glass in the carpet of a nursery. She knew exactly what I wanted, made the appointment happen with very short notice and couldn't have been easier to work with. Top Notch customer service.

Comment: There is a high-traffic area (about 2 feet x 2 feet) coming out of our kitchen that is darker than the rest of the surrounding carpet, but the tech said that was due to normal wear and tear. Also, there were some spots under the couch where the recliners left grease residue that did not come out. I know we have 30 days to get spots re-treated, but I'm not sure if those areas qualify. Everything else looks pretty good.

Comment: My carpets took an awfully long time to dry. The equipment this rep used wasn't the same as what James uses, and now the carpets appear streaked. Stains in hall that were originally gone now seem to have reappeared again. This young man tried very hard but he didn't have the equipment that James uses and I think that was the factor.

Comment: I was disappointed in Craig for two things. One, he didn't move the furniture in the living room, Two, when I gave him a cash tip, he didn't say anything. If I use Dalworth again, I will not ask for him again.
