I have to say that dealing with Dalworth was an enjoyable experience. I stopped by their office when I dropped off rugs to be cleaned and I met Rick who treated me like family. He setup the appointment to clean the carpets in our rental house and gave me a terrific deal. All the people at their office were extremely friendly. The gentleman who actually cleaned my carpets was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed up right on time which is rare for contractors I have dealt with. The carpets were much cleaner than when we moved in and the landlady had the carpets professionally cleaned before we moved in. Overall, these guys are the best in customer service and, more importantly, cleaning carpets. Description of Work: Cleaned all of the carpeting in the house.

They did a good job, and I have no complaints. We have used them before. Description of Work: I used Dalworth this spring to clean the carpeting in the entire house.

Comment: Bobby did a great job. He took time to explain the process with our hardwood floors. When my husband called and had a question, Bobby stopped and took time to explain everything to him. Our floors look great.

Comment: I was told that the technician who quoted the work would be the individual to do the work. Another technician arrived and did not know the scope of the work. Item no. 1 it was not a on-line order.

Comment: Service agent was great. Rugs look much much better and overall pleased so far. There are a couple of areas that we wish looked better but told wear spots. Our thanks to the service agent!!!!

Comment: The only complaint that I have is that my floors were so dirty that the cleaning machine splattered the dirt onto my walls and furniture. I didn't notice it until after the men left.

Comment: I put good bargain because you are exactly where others quote however I will know more over time. If the old dirt comes up quickly I will feel that I wasted money. My pet stains were deep and I can still see them after spending an additional $100 to treat them. Not sure this did anything over the long term.
