Comment: We had a mattress cleaned. Everything went well except that whatever the technician drug through our yard left a discoloration in our grass. It was 2 very narrow lines that yellowed the grass. I didn't notice it at the time because I didn't go outside, but my husband definitely did. Not complaining at all about the service but you should know that whatever chemicals you're using are damaging to grass.

Comment: Our technication, Harold, was very knowlegeable about the cleaning process and very through with his work, I was somewhat sensative with the cleaning solution applied on the carpet at first, we opened windows, which prolonged the dryong processed, very humid outside. Harold was very courteous and called you to check on another produvt you carry, that be better for me. Harold will be the technication I will ask for when we clean again.

Comment: My rescue cat from the SPCA had a bladder infection and had peed all over the office carpet They worked so hard and got out the smell and most of the stain. I am so pleased. Jean Wallace

Comment: There was a terrible accident on 183 which caused the delay of Corry;s ability to arrive as planned. However I was informed ahead of time as well as I had been watching the news which was reporting the reason for his delay. Coey was the most efficient representative I have ever had and he did an outstanding job of cleaning the carpets requested. I will request Cory the next time, if he is still with the company, in a couple of years which is when I have my carpets recleaned.

Comment: Do they ever go over the carpet a second time in the high traffic areas ? It seems like this would help get the carpets in those areas cleaner ? Our technician was very nice and efficient. Came back home after work and it smelled so nice and clean.

Comment: Our service tech was very personable and well groomed. He was knowledgable and thorough. Did a great job. Did not leave my wool carpet too wet. Would highly recommend him to other people as well as having him return to clean our carpet. Also would like to commend Jenny who did the scheduling for both cleaning of our Oriental rugs as well as our carpet. Both are great employees who make you feel special. Thank you for all!!
