Comment: We haven't had our carpets cleaned before so I don't have any other experience from which to compare. I will say that the ordering, confirmation, instructions, and actual cleaning went as well or better than I expected. I ordered the service and my husband was home from work that day. I expected him to be frustrated with me by the end of the experience that I had set up for him. Surprisingly, he said we should probably do that once a year as easy as it was! Thanks for coming and doing exactly what you said you would do!

Comment: The outcome was remarkable. Corey really knows his stuff! There was only one room that I felt could have been better but other than that it was great. I would definitely request another cleaning.

Comment: I was expecting a bit more cat hair removal from my sofa following the dust down and the upholstery cleaning. After drying there remains quite a bit of cat hair. For the price included I think I was hoping for a more finished look. This was my first time using upholstery services from dowers so perhaps my expectations were off

Comment: I really appreciated Austin's hard work and professional manner. He did a great job and my carpets were surprisingly clean after he left for as old as they are. There were only a couple of spots that he pointed out to me before he left, and I really appreciated that so there were no surprises for me to come across in the following days. I am very pleased with the service!

Comment: Jared was fantastic. He tried very hard to get a few pet stains out as well as make a high-traffic area in the living room not as black-ish, and those areas seemed to come out in previous Dalworth visits but I think our carpet is just that old now to where some stains just won't budge. I am not sure if a carpet protector or pet odor service was performed during this visit, but Jared worked very hard on those spots, which was appreciated. He also moved a bed and opened the closet in the BR for which I only paid the economy rate - that was very nice of him. Nice guy. Will definitely use Dalworth for all future flooring needs.

Comment: I'm not pleased with how the carpets look after a couple of weeks. There are places that still look dirty. The places are high traffic areas. The rest of the carpet looks Great!!!

Comment: Tony was our service technician and he went above and beyond on cleaning the 5 rooms and hallways at our house. Not only did he get the carpets cleaned but he let the living room area soak a little longer since we had some serious pet stains that I wanted out of the carpets. There was also a worn down black area from years of my husbands feet sitting there daily that no one or no product could remove. Tony soaked that area and let it sit for a while before tending to it and almost got it completely out for us! It looks 100 times better than what it did before he got there. Our house smells wonderful and our carpet is so soft now. Tony wasn't done there either, we had just been attacked by a million June-bugs on our front porch and Tony (without being asked) vacuumed all of them up for us and made our front porch look beautiful. Small things like that show that he is a great employee, technician and dedicated to helping people out. Thank you Dalworth and Thank you Tony for doing an amazing job for us! Kimberly Bryant

Comment: We had a mattress cleaned. Everything went well except that whatever the technician drug through our yard left a discoloration in our grass. It was 2 very narrow lines that yellowed the grass. I didn't notice it at the time because I didn't go outside, but my husband definitely did. Not complaining at all about the service but you should know that whatever chemicals you're using are damaging to grass.
