Comment: I had ordered service on-line, but because I had also ordered our sofa to be cleaned and the quick-drying method, I wasn't notified by email confirmation. I called Friday noontime and was told this, but Kristen was able to notify Alberto, who immediately arrived and proceeded to clean all of our carpeting -- very efficiently and quickly. He is extremely pleasant and helpful and wasn't at all upset with having 3 small dogs underfoot! I will certainly ask for Alberto again. Peg Fickle

Comment: The only comment I have is always before your technician called me to say he was on his way. With five indoor-only rescue cats, I have to "herd" them into several areas that are not to be cleaned. I can't do that immediately; it takes a little time. Fortunately, I had already done my "herding" for the day, but, as a consideration, I really would appreciate a "Heads up" call in the future. Thank you.

Comment: I had signed up for carpet cleaning on-line for approx. $200. However, when your professional team arrived Travis the supervisor explained your additional services and demonstrated how excellent his work was. This convinced me to hire him for many other services. He and his team obtained approval to spend the entire day at my home. They provided several services and I ended up spending over $2,000. His work was exceptional!!! They could not have done a better or more professional job. My wife and I are very happy and my floors have never looked better. Thank you for sending this team.

Comment: I ordered on line, next day received a call that there were no apt. available this week and the quickest day to see me was 5/6/14 I said ok. At 11:00 on 4/30 I received a call saying the tec was running late and would at my house soon. I explained to the person who called, she said that they would cancel the 5/4 apt. The tec Chris was great, my carpet looks great and I'm a repeat customer of many times. You need to work on your internet scheduling and apt. dept.on # 2 , I checked no but it wasn't the technicians fault

Comment: The the crew wasn't on time, but after I called Tara with customer service she got in contact with the crew and informed me they had been stuck in traffic. They arrived 1 hour after my scheduled time frame, which wasn't a big deal, because those guys did an INCREDIBLE job! Thank you again Dalworth for providing great service.

Comment: on the original service date the technicians were twice delayed, so I arranged with the dispatcher to try for an opening on the following day. The dispatcher was very courteous and the next day appt went very well.
