Comment: I do question if he cleaned under all of the furniture that he put up on blocks. When I went take the blocks out, there was still food and debris under the furniture as if it hadn't even been vacuumed. But Randy but very professional.

Comment: As always, Steve did an excellent job. We have 2 dogs which make keeping our carpets clean quite challenging. Steve & crew are always professional, always ensure our concerns are addressed. Comment: Rep was on time, and was unaware that the previous time frame had to be rescheduled at the last minute, with him as the replacement. Also, he was misdirected to the storage location where our area rug will be delivered, so these two orders/addresses got mixed up.
