Comment: Decided to have the grout sealed after tile was cleaned, thought that was priced high at $75 for about 15minutes work with specialized tool. Did have rug stretched/retached which was $80, also seemed high but needed to be done. Marcus the technician was very efficient/helpful/did a great job. Very pleased with how both the kitchen tile and carpets turned out. Would recommend your service to others. Called after seeing coupon in Clipper Ad.

Comment: The technicians did a great job - however, the main reason we called Dalworth was that our dog had thrown up on a chair so we wanted it cleaned and and had a bad odor as well. They did an enzyme treatment that we paid extra for and after waiting a day or so we discovered the odor is still there. Not sure if they need to come again and retreat the area or if that would help.

Comment: TJ is great, and he always does a great job. The only thing I wish you had was something you had a a few years ago. I always seem to get a dog stain as soon as TJ leaves, its like my dog knows the carpet is clean! There used to be a special price to spot clean a spot within 30 days of the cleaning. Mary Beeks

Comment: Technician said that his GPS sent him the wrong way so they were got turned around. They were only 15 minutes late, but I was on a major time deadline, so every minute counted. They were wonderful when they got here and worked hard to make up the time which they did.

Comment: Did a great Job , was competent in explaining what he was doing and making sure he showed us what he cleaned out of the vents and ducts , cleaned up everything that dropped out and vacuumed up after he was finished and left everything cleaned up . Thanks for the great service, Brandon

Comment: I was given a window for tech (Chris) to arrive between 9am - 11am. At 10:45 I got a call from Dalworth telling me that the tech was on his way. I was not happy about the lateness as I had to be at a vacant house waiting 2 1/2 hrs. But the office compensated me they upgraded my economy packet to include free drying fans and deodorizer. The technician was very apologetic. This wasn't even suppose to be his job. he felt bad that we had to wait so long and didn't get notified until about 10:45. I'd say overall I was pleased with Dalworth's employees and for making right a bad start. If I use Dalworth again, I will definitely ask for the tech we had, he was awesome!
