Comment: you did a wonderful a job we are selling the home(which sold on the first day). I really thought we were going to have to sppend 5 or 6 thousand dollars to replace the carpets but after dalworth came out there was no need the carpets looked amazing.

Comment: I was very satisfied with the results! The only negative comment I have is that when I ordered online, a "green" option was suggested, saying Dalworth would already be in my neighborhood that day, so I selected that. (Great idea!) However, I received a phone call from a Dalworth employee, saying there were no openings on the day I had selected. We had to work together by phone to find a day and time that worked for both of us. It seems there's a glitch in the system if Dalworth recommends a day when they don't have an opening! Incidentally, I hear ads for Dalworth by Frank Reed on KLTY almost daily.

Comment: We had two days of rain prior to the carpet cleaning. It was VERY humid the day he cleaned. It took longer to dry than usual. I have always used Dalworth. I was not happy with the previous technician/cleaning. Apparently, no one read my email AND survey because I never heard from anyone. However, this time Chris L. made up for the last tech's shortcomings. I'm glad I didn't make a change to another vendor.
