We really appreciate the phone call and we know that 820 is under construction and extremely busy in the morning. The phone call update is such a simple thing to do and it is important. Comment: The only thing that I would suggest is that you include the estimated time to complete your service on your website. That was my only concern since I had an afternoon appointment that I was concerned about making. I called in just to make sure that your service could be completed in time --- and it was. :-)

Comment: The technician did a wonderful job! We are selling our house and the agent noticed a smell and so I called. We are showing it again today and because it is a wool carpet was afraid it would not dry and smell bad . He got the stains out, it has dried quickly and smells great! I really appreciate his work.
