Comment: Once again Chris was awesome. He cleaned the carpet and our tile floors and they look brand new. This was a home for my parents and I wanted the house to be clean when hey arrived to Texas. Chris actually cleaned the floors and sealed all the tile too. Dalworth has kept me carpet in my home looking brand new and they are 9 years old.

Comment: I arranged an appointment for an upholstery cleaning after Dalworth did such a great job cleaning my carpet. When Steve and another technician arrived, I expressed concerns about whether or not they could adequately clean a chaise that I have fallen in love with but was thinking about replacing because I didn't think it could be restored. Steve gave me an analogy, he said, "if you run an old car through the car wash , it would be clean, but it will still be an old car," and added, "even though it is a nice piece of furniture." I would just like to say to Steve, the old car looked great after it dried!! I fell in love with it all over again and I won't be getting rid of it for quite some time. Thank you so much!

Comment: Since the cleaning was upstairs & we had had pet issues; we wanted a really good cleaning & wanted to make sure the floors dried well. When I confirmed the order, I was told the tech would assess the floor to see if we could have the pet treatment upstairs & if yes, he could dry steam also. I was disappointed the tech wasn't even aware he was to use the dry steam and didn't even have a dry steam machine. The tech did an excellent job and the floors look great.
