Comment: From the time I called to the time that I said goodbye to the technician was the best customer service experience that I have had in a very long time! I was distraught because of my pet getting into my bedroom where she is not allowed and urinating on my mattress and carpet - I did not know what to do and needed it done immediately - the phone representative heard my distress and made accomodations to work with what you already had as a booked schedule for that day and spoke to your dispatcher and called me back and to told me the good news that she can get someone that afternoon. Harold did a great job - told me about the process and was understanding, professional and friendly! Thank you for hiring a great team - I thought great customer service was dead - Tara Rubsamen P.S. The only disappointment was that the stain by the back door is still there - the mattress looks awesome!

Comment: I have had Frank Swistek (sp?) clean my carpets for the past 3 cleanings (2 this house; 1 previous house on Silverlake Drive) and I am ALWAYS very pleased with his work. I will always recommend my friends request Frank if I am given the opportunity. also, i am unsure exactly how long it took my carpets to dry as I was gone all day and then did not put things back in place just to be sure the carpet was REALLY dry underneath. Aaron asked if I wanted carpet protector/pet odor service, but i declined. Ther e is a low amount of traffic on the carpet and no pets.
