Comment: The Dalworth technician was on time, courteous and completed the service in a very acceptable time frame. The only discrepancy was the amount of time it took for the carpeting to dry. I was told 2-4 hours, when in fact it took up to 24 hours. However, given that fact, I would use the Dalworth service again. Thank you!

Comment: I thought the price was high for the service I received and the time it took. The equipment broke down and it took thirty minutes to fix the problem.

Comment: The technician did not arrive in a Dalworth truck, he did not wear a Dalworth uniform, nor did he display a name tag or anyother Dalworth ID. Had I not received a call prior to his arrival I would not have allowed him to come into my home. I feel that your technician should wear some type of a visible ID indicating that he is a Dalworth employee.

Comment: Ali was very thorough and honest. No tricks or nerve wrecking sales pitches. Ali made me comfortable. He was not cocky like young techs can be. Just to the point. Comment: Shared his knowledge, made recommendations based on value (i.e. not recommending carpet protector for a room whose carpet was worn out). Felt he was honest and he conveyed the impression that 'getting it right' was his priority. Called ahead to inform us of 1/2 hour late arrival, apologized & explained that the previous house was a 'nightmare' of a job. Performed to a standard of excellence!

Comment: Jarod was amazing... He did such a fantastic job. I could not believe the difference in my floors and carpets. If I ever need any further service, I would want HIM to come take care of it for me. I would insist on my friends and family to use him!! Great service, Great Guy, amazing customer service. I dont remember the girls name who took the order on the phone, but I was very impressed with her as well!!! Comment: Technician went above and beyond in trying to get some bad spots out. Our carpet is 6 years old with 4 boys so we did not expect miracles, plus it is a light color, but it sure looks much better and we are very pleased!!
