Comment: The only complaint I have is that JT was getting ready to leave with puddles of water and water stains on tile. He did wipe dry at my request, but this should be routine.

Comment: E. Rhodes was extremely courteous and efficient. I was especially impressed with his careful attention to protecting areas of my home (protectors covering corners where the hoses might touch and scar, picking up after necessary movement of items to do a good job). Comment: The technician also did a small portion of my tiles for free which helped me to determine that I probably need to have my tile re-grouted as the grout lines are very stained and dirty most likely due to the fact the original grout was never properly sealed. I would have been more pleased if you had re-grouting services available or could have provided recommended 3rd parties to do the work. I highly recommend that you consider doing so as it is an option I believe many would consider. Full service is highly appreciated by those of us that are elderly and retired.

Comment: EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service! (I believe her name was Melissa--apologize if that's wrong); however, she represented to me what the "ideal" customer service person IS and DOES. She was more than helpful and knowledgeable. I was given a window of 3-5pm for my technician to be at my home. He was here at 3:05pm. It doesn't get much better than that. He was courteous, answered a few additional questions I'd thought of (without a moment's hesitation, which really indicated he knew his profession). I just don't have one negative thing to say about Dalworth and will definitely be calling on you again. We anticipate purchasing new carpeting in about one year from now and we will know to call too! Thank you

Comment: Had carpets stretched. That part was good. The cleanup not so good. For the price I should not have had to sweep up the remenants. I paid for the service to be done and ended up doing the cleanup. I do not work for you. Your the company providing the service which should be a bit better.

Comment: It's hard to rate whether it was a bargain when it is something that takes such a huge bite out of my savings, but it was something that needed to be done and I felt that I was in good hands with Dalworth. My technician was very professional, very polite, and very thorough, cleaning up everything before he left. I was able to continue my work and phone calls without even knowing that he was here most of the time. Thank you for your service!
