Comment: Shared his knowledge, made recommendations based on value (i.e. not recommending carpet protector for a room whose carpet was worn out). Felt he was honest and he conveyed the impression that 'getting it right' was his priority. Called ahead to inform us of 1/2 hour late arrival, apologized & explained that the previous house was a 'nightmare' of a job. Performed to a standard of excellence!

Comment: Most of the cleaning was very good, but there were two spots that did not get cleaned, one under a single small bed in the front bedroom and the other between the night stand and the bed in the master bedroom. It appears the single bed and the night stand were not moved even though we paid for Premium service. The night stand still had foam risers that were not removed from the last cleaning.

Comment: My carpets took longer to dry but they are much cleaner then they were with Stanley Steemer. I am not sure if Dalworth put protectant on them or not, but they got out all of my spots. Thanks, Patty Quincey

Comment: Great service and the technicians were very congenial and answered all of my questions. Frank (I think was his name) or the out helper, even placed my fan where they it would help with drying. My only disappointment has to do with stains that cannot be removed. Areas with black that I guess has been caused by tracking in from our entrance driveway. I wish something would clean the stains so I wouldn't need to replace the 3 year olds carpet.

Comment: Jenny Adame was more than impressive in her phone conversation. Very attentive to my needs, extremely friendly and mad eke feel very comfortable with the experience. I can only hope my customer service employees are as good as Jenny. She's very impressive over the phone. I give her a A+ for her work.

Comment: I was thrilled at the fact that the technician gave me suggestions that saved me money. I probably should say he kept me from wasting money. I was able to justify havingh the pet treatment done because of the savings. He was helpful, honest and cared about doing the correct thing and not just taking my money. I will call again after tax time and have my wood floors and tile done. It is wonderful to be able to have trust in a service company. Thank you!
