Comment: IF THERE WAS A SPECIAL FOR SENIOR CITZENS THAT WOULD BE NICE I HAVE SPENT ABOUT 700 IN THE LAST FEW WEEKS. IT IS HARD WHEN YOU ARE A SENIOR CITZEN WE CAN NOT AFFORD THE NECASSARY THINGS BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS SO EXPENSIVE. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS THOUGH AND I DIDNT HAVE TO TAKE THE EXTRAS; I CHOSE TO BECAUSE I NEEDED THEM.

Comment: The tenents had pets and the carpet is old but the technician did a good job. Ive used Dalworth for 100 years and i wouldnt use anyone else!

Comment: I originally scheduled my appointment and the first technician did not show up on time and never called to say he was running late. The second technician at a later date more than made up for my inconvenience. I will use Dalworth again if I can always get the same technician. His equipment and knowledge of chem mixture & amount to use did a far superior job than when I previously used Dalworth. This guy should be a supervisor/inspector/teacher for your company.

Comment: I did not like that I could not get a quote for tile and grout cleaning online . Technician did it pretty quickly but it would have been nice to get an idea online first.

Comment: When I made the appointment I checked the middle column of service, which implied that there would be fans provided to help dry the carpeting, but none were provided and we couldn't put our living room furniture back until the next day! FYI - Since the temperatures were in the 20 degrees, the outside water faucets were frozen and the tech rain out of water, through no fault of his and that caused a problem for him; we rain a hose from out greenhouse into our house in order for him to get water ... I only mention this in case you are sending technicians out when temperatures are below freezing, to take into consideration that they might not be additional water available to complete the job! We thought the technician did a great job and will use your company again!

Comment: The overall experience was awesome!!! While I did end up paying a little more than expected, Chris Leitner was our tech, he explained eveything that was necessary. And my carpet had not been cleaned for a very long time and was heavily soiled. My carpet now looks brand new like the day I moved in. He was very professional, hardworking, and detail oriented. He did an outstanding job and took pride in his work. I will definitely refer and will be using Dalworth again.
