Comment: I was extremely impressed with the quality of service from beginning to end! The sweet woman I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and knowledgable. The gentleman who cleaned my couch did an EXCELLENT job and made my 10 year old couch look brand new!! He was on time, courteous and very competent. My only regret is that I didn't discover Dalworth sooner, because I had my carpets cleaned last year by another company who did a horrible job and significantly over charged me. I will definitely use Dalworth in the future and will certainly recommend your company to my friends! Thank you for a job well done!!

Comment: Derek has done an excellent job on my countertops for several years now and I would always want him as my technician. The phone representative was not particularily familiar with my request. She was very cordial and helpful, but I could tell this is not a request she receives often. This was not a problem but might be something to address.

Comment: Appointment was between 11-1. Steve called at 11 and said they were about 30 mins away and Steve and his assistant were right on time. They did the job efficiently. Pleased with the results. My tile was pretty dirty, but not any more!

Comment: Richard has been cleaning our carpets since we bought the house 5 years ago. He always does a super job, but this time we had several troublesome pet stains which he handled with ease. We can't tell where the stains were at all. We will alway call Dalworth again!
