Professional and cheerful. Helped re-glue some tiles that were loose in the shower area. I was very pleased with the quality of work, especially getting this done right before the Holidays. Description of Work: Steam cleaned shower tile, sub, and bath floor tile. Re-caulked.

Comment: My service guy Chuck was excellent was able to get all stains out of my carpet even the red coolaid type stains. I have used Dalworth in the past and this is the first technician that was able to revove all stains.

Comment: I would like to say that Cassandra has excellent customer service skills and the two men who came out to clean our carpets were extremely honest and did not try to add services that were truly not needed. It's good to have honest people who aren't out to rip you off, because of the customer service and because of the honesty I will be calling again to have additional services provided.
