When the job was complete, he went over where the problem spots had been and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the job done. I'm thrilled. Comment: the high humidity slowed the drying process, but there was no inconvenience for us during this cold weather. Everything was explained thoroughly and so far so good. We will watch the traffic areas before scheduling more service.

Comment: I was greeted on the phone by a pleasant and helpful C.S. representative. My tech, Jose arrived on time and was knowledgeable about my carpet and fabric used on dining room chairs. He worked efficiently and consciously in cleaning both item. in addition, he was both friendly and professional. I would recommend him and Dalworth to my friends.

Comment: THE TECHNICIAN PUT A CHAIR IN THE BATHROOM AND NOW IT'S STUCK IN THE DOOR. I WAS JUST ABLE TO GET IT OUT. HE DID WORK ON A STAIN AND DID A GREAT JOB ON IT.

Comment: WE ARE A CHURCH AND HAVE A HOMELESS SHELTER A FEW BLOCKS AWAY FROM US. WE HAVE AUTOMATIC LOCKS ON THE DOORS TO PREVENT ANY THEFT OR LOOTING. YOUR TECHNICIANS PUT A BLOCK OVER THE AUTOMATIC LOCKS BYPASSING THE LOCKS. THEY LEFT IT THAT WAY. WE COULD HAVE HAD MANY ISSUES WITH THIS.

Comment: They tried their best to remove the red wine stain but had no luck. They explained why it didn't work and apologized. I appreciated the effort even though we were very disappointed they couldn't get it out!

Comment: My technician and I got off on the wrong foot. I got upset because it seemed he wanted to get more money out of me for a walk-in closet and tiny office space. But, when all was said and done, he only charged me for the original price I was quoted. Also, he did a very thorough job and I did end up happy.

Comment: I want to commend your technician Travis! He was very professional, curteous and informative. He gave me realistic expectations about what he could and couldn't do for my carpet cleaning job. The carpet looked and smelled GREAT when he was finished. He was fast and efficient.
