    Comment: I have used your services several times before. Eugene Smith was my technician and he did the best cleaning job your company has ever done in my home. All of my carpets seemed to be much cleaner this time and they actually took less time to dry. I will request Eugene the next time I need service.     Comment: Originally I wanted addl cleaning with my upholstery but later made modifications and the representative was very patient also explained addl services that Dalworth could provide. There were also a spot that I ask to be redone and the representative graciously completed my request.

    Comment: Gary and Kathy were excellent. The were very thorough and detailed. My carpets look great. I recommended them to my neighbor, who had her's cleaned in the session right after mine. She was thrilled with her's also and the service they provided. I always am nervous recommending to other people since every one has different standards. But Gary and Kathy delivered against expectations.

    Comment: This morning, I noticed a few stains still on my carpet. Also, the carpet in my bedroom (last room cleaned) is know hard - not soft like the other rooms (all rooms have the same carpet.
