Comment: The online scheduling was a bit off. The affirmation email did not match the time selected online. But very helpful and pleasant staff on the phone helped me to select a different day and time. We let it dry overnight. I appreciated the discount on disenfectant / deodorizer and protectant. Good service and experience overall. And glad for the Survey chance to provide feedback.

Dalworth was prompt, courteous, and friendly. They took our 3 x 5' rug back to their facility to clean it. We have had this rug since the late 1970s and it is beautiful and has moved with us over the years. It had never been cleaned before and had several soiled spots from being so well loved. Dalworth returned the rug and it looks fantastic -- the spots are gone and the colors look vivid again. We are very pleased and would use Dalworth again for our large Asian rugs. Thank you Dalworth. Description of Work: Dalworth came to our home and picked up our Chinese rug for cleaning.

Everything went well. They arrived on time, did a thorough job with the cleaning, and charged a competitive price. I would recommend them to others. Description of Work: They cleaned and deodorized all of the carpet in my house which is nearly 4,000 square feet. They also treated the carpet for pet stains.

They did a good job. This was the second time I used them. The technician worked very hard when he was here. Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in my house.

The estimate process did not begin in a way I thought was going to work. The poor salesman had to carry samples up a long flight of stairs and his initial guesses as to what I'd like were way off base. However, on his third trip, he got it right. The measuring and price estimate went well and he was able to answer the many questions I had. The installers came on time, but did not have the equipment I'd requested to protect my wood floor. However, they promptly went to the store and got the materials needed and did a great job of protecting my home from any damage from the installation. They were pleasant and efficient. Dalworth was always accessible by phone in case I had a concern or problem. I never did. Near the end of the job it was clear not enough carpeting had been ordered. Since one was a pattern the installer had been very conservative in ensuring a perfect match and more carpet was needed than had been thought. Not sure why the other shortage happened. Waiting for the carpet to be replenished extended the job by a couple of days. But even that wasn't a big inconvenience. There were a couple of areas on the stairs I wanted re-done and that was not a problem. The job is beautiful. The installers moved every bit of furniture with extraordinary care and replaced it without a hitch. They did a good job. The floors are excellent. The carpet cleaning took 2-3 hours and the flooring installation took 1 1/2 days. Ed White was my contact at the store. Doug installed my floor and he had 2 team members with him. Description of Work: They cleaned my carpets and installed new hardwood floors.

We had three rooms and a hallway carpets cleaned and were very satisfied. They gave us a certificate for the cost of our cleaning to apply towards new wood flooring which we have considered and are now in the process of getting this scheduled. The estimate was satisfactory and we ended up receiving just over 800 in rebates against our original estimate.

The worker that was sent out was very friendly, and informative. I was concerned because my daughter had spilled red fingernail polish on the carpet. I had made several attempts to clean it myself which helped but the stain was noticeably there. The worker said he can try to remove the stain but was honest enough to say it may or may not help. I was shocked and so pleased that the stain was barely noticeable. He was also able to get rid of the dirt tracks that was made on the carpet. I was very pleased with the service. Description of Work: I needed my carpet professionally clean prior to move out as required by the apartment complex.

Carpet looks good. I had thought that the steps and small hallway were in the final price but was not. I thought the price was a bit high due to the fact that there was no furniture in the house to be moved and house is only 10 months old. Description of Work: Very punctual do to the fact that my other carpet cleaners didn't contact me to confirm. I was in a bind and they helped deminish my stress level..
