Comment: DalWorth has super people and that’s what matters to me. Dawn called me as I requested to remind me to get my carpets clean. She is always so nice on the phone and sees to it that I get the cleaning I need. Monty is great! Showed up ready to go on time and after we did the look around he proceeded to make my carpets look almost new again. He obviously knows exactly how to take care of this very satisfied customer. Kudos to both Dawn and Monty!

Comment: Major Problem - Certain stains remained - which in and of itself is not a problem. WE were rescheduled for a return visit on Thurs between 3 and 5 pm. arrival time important because I had a meeting in the room at 6:30 pm. I called in at 4:45 and told that the technician was delayed at his current location. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED. scheduled personnel to accommodate his visit and our meeting setup. I am now scheduled for 8:00 to 8:30 this morning. I have to let the carpet dry quickly enough to do a room setup by days end for early Mon. Morning. Thank you.

Monty did a great job, very friendly and professional. Worked quickly and our carpets and kitchen floor smelled fresh and clean and shined so when he was done. He even gave me some pointers on how to keep it clean. I recommend this service to anyone looking to have their carpets and tile and grout cleaned!

Monty was on time and very professional. After discussing with him what I wanted to do with the carpet within the rooms, he performed the cleaning exactly as was discussed in a very efficient and timely manner. My wife and I are very satisfied and will be using Dalworth in the future.

Comment: I called for an appointment and was able to get one for that afternoon!! The technician( mike Kelly) Was so nice and friendly. He answered all my questions and did an excellent job. My sofa looked almost new for a 30 year old sofa. I was pleased. Even my dog liked him! I will use Dalworth again. Janet Denton

Comment: Cassandra was my Dalworth contact and helped me set up the appointment. I wasn't sure what type of service to request, but she easily walked me through the options. She was professional and very helpful. Pat (Pasquale) and Raoul were our technicians. They cleaned our ceramic tile and sealed the grout. Pat was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of tile in our bathroom. He realized that the floor tile had apparently been waxed in the past and the grout had never been sealed. He scraped on the remaining wax residue. We are in the process of finalizing a bathroom renovation which included installation of porcelain tile and marble. He cautioned us about using acidic products on the marble and explained what we need to do to seal it. Both young men were personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. A great experience because of their professionalism. I will definitely recommend Dalworth. I had contacted 2 other providers of grout cleaning. One talked me out of using his services (it sounded like it wasn't a big enough and easy enough job for him); the other never answered his phone. Going forward, I will work with Dalworth and no one else.

Comment: I just wanted to give a big shout out to Vinny for doing an amazing job on my carpets. The carpet stretching was just perfect. Vinny is very knowledgeable about his work and it did not take him long . I was completely assured he knew what he was doing by the way he explained everything and the way the carpets looked when he was done.

Comment: I completely appreciated the service technician giving the expectations before the service was started. I knew my carpet was in very bad shape, so the expectation that they might not be able to get all of the stains out was good to know ahead of the time. It made it easier when the process was done. The value of that conversation was huge! They really tried!!! Very, very helpful during the process and both of them worked well together doing the work. Side note, although they were excellent in doing their jobs, I would like to caution them in stating "that's just him, it may sound like we are mad at each other, but we are not; we just "play" that way." I am definitely one who likes to see others play while at work, but I am in HR so I am more overly sensitive to how co-workers treat each other professionally, in front of customers...joking or not , "brotherly" or not. Their attitude towards cleaning was great. They were not afraid to get dirty and did not comment about my house, but you could see some "joking" tendency between them that might not have been a joke.
