Comment: The young man who was our technician went above the call of duty in that he gave me advice on how to clean a “pet accident”. He also complimented me on the condition of our carpet and encouraged us to continue with our normal carpet care . . His name was Erick Guerrero if you want to compliment him!

Comment: I mistakenly booked the service online for Thursday, May 17 instead of Thursday, May 10. We had moved all our furniture on May 10 before I realized my mistake. I called and talked to Richard. He was very accommodating and rescheduled me for 8 a.m. Friday the 11th. After no one showed up on Friday morning, I called and was connected with the dispatcher Cassandra. She was very nice but the rescheduled appointment had not been communicated. Adam called back later and rescheduled for Saturday the 12th. Brian came at the scheduled time on Saturday and did an excellent job. Everyone was very nice, there was just that one glitch. And of course I realize I made the first mistake of booking the wrong date.
