Comment: I specifically requested Brian Marshall because he's been in our home before. He really knows his carpet, as he said - he reads carpets. I had a spot created by a puppy dog that Brian worked and worked and worked on. The stain has been there for several years, and while it's not 100% it looks much better than it did. Brian used everything he could to remove the stain....so I feel that if he couldn't remove it, then no one could. The stain is much less noticable so I am very pleased. I also had my tile floor cleaned because I'm no longer comfortable on my hands and knees doing it myself. Worth every penny!

Comment: The two technicians were professional and friendly. I had to say that they were not on time because the arrival time was 8am - 8:30am. They arrived at 8:45am and indicated their was traffic congestion, which I understand. Though they were only 15 minutes late, a phone call would have been excellent customer service. I wanted to be sure the carpets were dry before moving any items back into the rooms, so I selected the 8-12 hour dry time option. The end-results of the cleaning were better than I had expected! I will definitely use DALWORTH again in the future! Thank you.
