He is super - I am sorry but I think his name was Randy but not sure - do not have paperwork with me.... I just felt the price was too high for my Small house - People can t believe I paid that much... Comment: Cullen Risto has done a terrific job of cleaning our ruined carpets over the last year. I never thought they would turn out as well as they did. I attribute all of this improvement to Cullen and his knowledge of how to proceed with doing the best job he can which is in my opinion terrific.

Comment: The technician was on time and courteous and friendly. He got to work right away after checking to make sure he had the job correctly stated. I was grateful for the work he performed. I was also very happy in that I called late the day before- 5:45pm after a major pet disaster, and your company was able to schedule the work to be done the next morning. I am so thankful. Comment: I was pleased with the work done. My only disappointment was that when I asked for furniture to be moved for me, I didn't understand that I would have to move the furniture back myself. For future, it would be good to let the customer know so we can be prepared.

Comment: Adam B was extremely professional and competent. I realized shortly after speaking with him that he knew exactly what I wanted and he needed no further input from me. Adam did a great job on both area rugs and wall to wall carpets without any difficulty. Adam worked quickly but carefully and thoroughly. He did not bang any walls etc. I appreciate that! The only reason the carpet took a little longer to dry was the high humidity that day. Next cleaning I'm asking for Adam to be my service techician. I wish all my service experiences were this positive.

Comment: My only disappointment was in the baseboard cleaning which was not done in the master bedroom main closet. Maybe the technician didn't understand that I wanted it done. I did it myself. The carpet looks good now that it is completely dry and has been vacuumed. The technician was a very nice young man and did a good job overall.
