Comment: Our service technician was extremely professional and did such a thorough job on our carpets and tile floors. He spent a lot of time working with great attention to detail. Our carpet looks new and he was even able to remove the pet stains. We are very satisfied and will request him next time we have the floors cleaned.

Comment: I request Costel everytime - he is excellent at what he does, and it is always a pleasure to work with him. He's the best!!! In pricing, I have area rugs, but they are JUST carpet remnants - not designer rugs! And, he doesn't have to move furniture, he just cleans around the perimeter in each room. How does this match up with charging $99 for entire rooms of carpeting! I'd appreciate it if Dalworth would look into this! Thank-you, Monte Howard

Comment: Your tech Monty was great, this was the second time and property I used Monty and done outstanding Job on both. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. In fact I requested for him for the second job. Now, regarding the pricing, I know I am not an expert nor in the business to know the pricing, however it was a more what I thought we would spend to clean the carpet at this house, I know we have more carpet than first job. Would I shop around in the future, I might for large work.

Comment: Costel did a good job on my carpet's ,but I felt he should have had a more congenial attitude. I will give him some slack because this was at the end of the day and he was probably tired. My hose was rolled up nicely when he found it and I had to tell him to rolled it back nicely.. After I got on him about this, he complied so everything turned out okay.
