Comment: The representative took down the wrong date. I requested 9am on Friday November 25th, 2016. They put down the time as 9am on Friday November 26th, 2017. It totally messed up my schedule as I was to have some flooring delivered in the afternoon of the 25th.

Comment: Sam took the time to explain the different types of stains and inspected the carpet. Gave us pointers of what to do to make the carpet look better between cleanings. Will call Dalworth and Sam when we need service again.

Comment: Glenn was an excellent representatve of your company. He was very knowledgable of the various aspects of carpet cleaning and explained all the options to me. He seemed to want the best cleaning processes for my carpet. The carpets he cleaned looked fantastic. Kudos to Glenn. The next time I have my carpets cleaned by Dalworth, I will request to have him do it.

Comment: I was surprised that Adam put some of the furniture directly back on the wet carpet. Is this standard procedure? I've had other companies that place the feet on squares of foam (or similar) to keep it off of the damp carpet. He put some back, but I had to do the rest later. I also had to move an area rug. Thought that would have been part of my service. Otherwise, the carpet looks great. He did a great job getting old stains out.

Comment: The tech was courteous and reviewed what to expect regarding the outcome of what had been contracted. He was aware of my pets (I have three cats) and cautious about letting then out after the service was completed. The outcome was very satisfactory. I do think the price was a bit high but I had an area rug that needed additional attention and he provided that. Many thanks, Lois Guthrie

Comment: There was a scheduling problem that was due to my carelessness. The person I contacted was able to reschedule us within 2 days. Worked out great for us and so glad to have clean carpets for Christmas. I'm also glad the technician did not try to sell or promote things for additional charges.

Comment: I've had Dalworth Clean coming to my house for years. I have dogs and kids... the carpets get a beating with dirt and pet stains. Carlos spent extra time cleaning my carpets and they have NEVER looked this good. Usually, the stains start coming back after 24 hours.. It's been nearly a week and the carpets still look great. I am so impressed with Carlos. He was on time and very courteous. I will request him from now on. He is very hard working. Thank you!

Comment: Two things: 1. I got a call and you were able to come early which was great. 2. The tech did not wipe down the baseboards or sop up the excess water this time but the last time you came he did. I went around and did it myself. I would recommend you keep this process as the baseboards get all wet and dirty.

Comment: The technician was great - and discussed some good options for our den carpet and possible pet stains/odors in that room. Results were terrific! Took some time to dry but that's okay with us. It was well worth that.
