Comment: The technician was to have a helper, but no one showed up. He worked very hard and completed a great job. I personally think Dalworth should have done everything to help support their technician, which they didn't.

Comment: My husband and I both felt that Roger did a really good job. He took a lot of time talking with me up front about my concerns, and spent ample time pre-treating the carpet. When he left, we both felt the carpet looked very clean. It did take a while for it to dry but I think it was because he did a thorough job of pre-treating and cleaning. We were pleased.

Comment: The 2 guys did a great job considering the air vents had NEVER been cleaned and the house is over 50 years old. Our house rated in the top 5 as the worst house they had cleaned. But when the left, the vents were clean, the air was fresh and my COPD should not be as bad as it had become. Thank you.

Comment: Ricky was here right on time. He did an unusual thing in asking me what I wanted in cleaning my sofa I wanted a full cleaning of the sofa . It was nice of him to give me a choice and because the sofa gets a lot of "sitting''I opted for a deeper clean. He apologized for what he thought were reminents of puppy stain .which I couldn't find!.He did a GREAT job cleaning the carpets and they really Look New as does sofa!!! I will ask for Ricky by name the next time I am in need!!Thanks ! Duane Ballard

Comment: Your service tect was very up front about some of the spots on my carpet, which I appreciated. He was nice, thoughful and very professional. I will more than likely ask for him again when my carpets need cleaning.

Comment: There was miscommunication somewhere between Aaron the tech and Dalworth call center. My timeframe was 11-1 and I called at 1:05 to see what the status was. Once Aaron arrived he was very knowledgable and worked hard treating all my carpets so I was happy that he didn't rush out of here. He did not get finished until 5:30, which was a bit later than I would of like but again he did a good job. I also feel last time I had service done, there were 2 techs here and I felt my carpets were much drier upon completetion, maybe because the extra person was taking more? Again... For the most part pleased.

Comment: My technician, Jose (Orlando) Contreras, did a great job! I have used Dalworth many times and he was the best! He got out pet stains, left my carpets much drier than others, and he stood out from the others with his professionalism.

Comment: I had my hardwood floors done & they look great but I don't think the baseboards were done--- I never saw him doing them & I forgot to mention it. I just figured that since you advertise that service it would just be done.
