Comment: Always use Dalworth. The technician was nice and friendly but his hoses knocked over 4 of my solar lights lights and completely broke one. It will not deter me from using Dalworth though. He just needs to be more careful.

Comment: The person I talked with first to get info was not as informative and helpful. BUT when I called back, , Casandra was much more helpful. Brandon, the tech, was very nice. The only problem is that since the cleaning, we are having some vibrating/tinkling sound coming from one of the vents in our living room that is quite annoying at times. Perhaps a tech or someone from your company should check this out. Thank you!!

Comment: Our technician, Kermit was awesome. He was very friendly and professional. He was able to remove stains that other companies were not able to remove in the past.

Comment: No. 8 Price. I had tried to remove or strip coating on marble floor for a week. It was only 54 soft but your technicians were able to remove the coating and achieve a shine that I had never seen. They do excellent work, and it was worth the price.

Comment: The technician was very polite. He answered all my questions. He did a good job of moving what furniture was movable and putting it back. He dried the master bedroom before he left with a fan and said I could go ahead and use it. The other 3 rooms I didn't need to use so he said it would be better to let them dry longer. I would use Dalworth again and would like to have Jose as a technician again.

Comment: The phone system really is poor during the process of getting to the right person--but once with the right person, I was very much pleased. There is some kind of recording that can't be heard while waiting, but all personnel with whom I talked were first class. Driver was about 5 minutes late but close enough not to be a big deal in early morning traffic (8-8:30 arrival). He was courteous, interested in his work, diligent about the set up (the time consumer). Really like Dalworth! BP

Comment: Pat recommened that I deodorize the rug (dog urine) that he cleaned but because of cost I declined. Now the entire house smells and I had to put the rug outside. Not his fault, I should have taken his direction. I'll be calling agagin.

Comment: Carpets and area rug look great. Drying time was fast (no soggy, bubbly carpets). Tech was a charmer, quick, neat, pleasant and a joy to have around. Put furniture back and placed little squares of plastic under the legs of chairs & tables and blocks under large lamps. I could NOT have asked for a better and quick cleaning job. Yes, I will be a repeat customer!

Comment: My only comment is that you should not say that you provide vacuuming services...the tech vacuumed for about 10 minutes...6 rooms...takes me an hour and a half to do it thoroughly.
