Comment: Steve Turner was exceptionally professional and accommodating. He thoroughly explained the service being done and how we should care for the carpet going forward. Comment: I will need to have you come back out as there are a few black spots remaining. Hard to see on my carpe when it was wet, but I can see them again. Just a quick touch up I'm thinking in both rooms. Overall a marked difference!

Comment: I purchased my service thru Angie's List. When someone called from the office, they were very polite and worked to schedule my service at my convenience. Really appreciated that I was kept informed of when to expect the technician. Kermit arrived exactly when I was told. He was polite, apologetic about being late and did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets. He was completely professional. Will definitely use Dalworth to clean my carpets again. And will look forward to having them clean my tile floors within a few months.

Comment: Phone rep advised steps that were not part of the service. I was advised floors would be vacuumed then cleaned then buffed. Technician explained buffing is not done with the type of flooring that I have. My floors are clean and they look great

Comment: My service was performed by Dominique Reedy and Bobby Tatum. They were both professional and personable. Took time to explain and show me what they were doing and how it would benefit my problem. They seemed thorough and precise. They took time to cover furniture in my home against possibility of dust, and to remove and replace a rug. We went over the pre- and post- checklists together. I was very satisfied with their work and their demeanor. They well represented both Dalworth and their contractor partner. I would have them in my home again.

Comment: Not sure I am spelling his name correctly either Costec or Dostec. Anyway by far the BEST carpet cleaning ever and I mean ever. He did the best job on my 25 year old carpet. I always want him to come back for future service.

Comment: The Service representative did a wonderful job! He even took care of the garden snake who was hidden behind the Lazy Boy recliner. Sucked him up & released it back into the yard ( which was my preference . I have never tried Dalworth but now you are at the top of my list. Even my high traffic areas show a great improvement ! Comment: I was very satisfied with the service I received. The service Tech was very communicative about the procedures he completed. His work was timely and thorough. Everything was left in good shape when he was finished. I WILL be sure to recommend Dalworth Clean to others in my neighborhood when they ask me if I was satisfied with their work. Comment: I have been having my carpets cleaned by a different company for 15 years. They did a fine job but just kept getting more and more expensive. Based on your reviews, I decided to give you a try. I completed the on-line order form and the final price was exactly what I thought it would be.
