Comment: Tech did not call when 30 minutes out even though she requested , and noone called, and she was happy the tech waited even though there was noone there. The tech explained things right, he was told by dalworth that they would put fans out, and she asked him about the fans on the job, she was frustrated that the moving of the furniture was not moved and she asked about the furniture moving, she felt she should not have had to tell. The other room where the grand babies were the furniture was not moved either.

Comment: My wife dealt with the technician. We rented a steam cleaner when we purchased the house 3 years ago. There was a significant difference the carpets looked new and the previous owner had pets that left stains. She was impressed with the technicians attention to detail. He also was able to give advice to maintain the carpet. We will be using the service again based on our experience

Comment: Your website doesn't explain the differences between the three levels of service...premium, standard and economy. Though I placed my order through the website, it did not register and required a phone call to a Dalworth rep. to complete it.

Comment: Glenn was excellent in every way. He did a great job. Stanley Steemer had just cleaned a few weeks earlier. I was not impressed with their work. Glenn took his time and was very thorough...I was very pleased with his work.

Comment: I have been so impressed with your technicians. I usually request Ricky, however he wasn't available yesterday-- So Roger came, and he did a fantastic job as well! I was very impressed with his attention to detail. It seems whomever Dalworth sends, they're excellent! The girl on the phone was very nice and professional as well; she did everything she could do to squeeze an appointment in for me as they were all booked up this week. I'm a very happy customer. :)

Comment: Aaron did a fantastic job!!! He got ALL the stains out of our carpet!! Even the ones I didn't think he could get out!! He really worked hard. The carpets look like new! Will definitely use Dalworth again. He also was very thorough in going through each room & pointing out stains etc...
